Pouto School

At Pouto School, our students are actively engaging in inquiry-based learning about sustainability and the Maori concept of Kaitiakitanga. Through hands-on experiences, they are crafting their own kawakawa balm,  producing honey and testing the clarity in waterways, this helps them appreciate the importance of caring for our environment. This journey not only fosters creativity and responsibility but also instills a deep respect for nature and its resources. We are proud to nurture the next generation of environmental stewards.
